A new distribution facility and offices will be constructed for MAN Truck & Bus South Africa in Isando, Gauteng.

The R100 million project is being carried out by South Africa’s leading property development and investment company Intaprop and will consist of a 17,000m² distribution facility and associated offices, with expansion capacity for a further 9,000m² of distribution space.

Located at the intersection of Barbara Road and Brollo Road, the new facility is ideal for MAN as Isando is a hub for logistics and distribution facilities with easy access to major highways and close proximity to OR Tambo International Airport.

This location will also provide great visibility for MAN due to the high traffic flowing through the intersection on a daily basis.

Already a market leader in the assembly and supply of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, this facility will further increase the company’s footprint in South Africa.

Construction which is already underway is expected to be completed for August 2013.
