Ideal for general use in concrete, mortar, plaster and screed applications, All Purpose Cementis a sophisticated composite containing milled clinker,advanced mineral components and additives which improve the product’s workability and durability. This world class product also reduces the risk of corrosion and is a more environmentally responsible choice, having the lowest carbon footprint in the 42.5N strength class.

Other product upgrades

AfriSam has also upgraded its High Strength Cement and now offers the highest possible strength class from each production plant. This product has been specially formulated and activated to allow for further extension with additional mineral components in the production of structural concrete.

“In contracts where durability is specified, High Strength Cement has proven to easily meet the required levels of oxygen permeability, chloride conductivity and water sorptivity,” McDonald says. “And, despite its exceptional performance, High Strength Cement maintains a carbon footprint lower than pure cement.”
