The international advocacy group Human Rights Watch says millions of people in Harare, Zimbabwe remain at risk of water borne diseases as a result of contaminated water and poor sanitation. It’s been five years since a cholera epidemic killed 4200 and sickened 100 000 grabbing international attention. Human rights watch launched a 60 page report into the water and sanitation conditions in Harare’s townships.
