President Jacob Zuma says South Africa has relatively high emissions for a developing country. Opening the headquarters of the Department of Environmental Affairs, Zuma said every opportunity should be taken to change the current situation. He said the opening of this building was bold commitment by government to lower emissions as well as commit to the green economy.
