Huawei will be hosting their inaugural Safe City Africa Summit under the theme “Innovative ICT, Make Safe City Smarter” in Cape Town, South Africa, from 28 to 29 April, 2015.
Public safety and social stability is a rising concern as urbanization continues to rise.
