Skywise has adjusted its flight schedule from eight flights to six flights a day.
In a press statement, Skywise Airlines president, Tabassum A. Qadir said that a misunderstanding of payment terms between the airline, Air Traffic and Navigation Systems (ATNS) and Airports Company of South Africa (ACSA), grounded six of its flights last week.He said the carrier had “made the necessary changes in our processes in order to safeguard future travel reliability”, adding that the airline had signed a new agreement with both parties to rectify the situation.
The company appealed affected passengers who had not yet claimed their vouchers or refunds to contact its customer care line on 086 1989 895 as soon as possible.
