Dam levels continue to drop in the Northern Cape | Infrastructure news

Dam levels in the Northern Cape continue to drop due to the persistent drought. The Orange River is currently at 64 percent and the Vaal River at 85 percent – but decreasing weekly.

Meanwhile the Karee Dam in Calvinia remains at 0 percent. Two of the five provincial districts have also been declared disaster areas.
