There is less than a month to go until the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa’s (IWMSA) 24th WasteCon flagship Conference and Exhibition. If you haven’t already registered Infrastructure News has compiled some valuable information to show you why you can’t afford to miss WasteCon 2018.

Under the theme: Implementing the Waste Hierarchy the institute has gathered industry experts and leaders to host plenary sessions, share presentations and conduct workshops that will delve deeper into the developments, research, innovations and technologies affecting the waste management industry.

WasteCon2018 will gather key players involved in waste management from municipalities and government, the private sector, academics, engineers and waste pickers under one roof in pursuit of ways to best tackle the waste management problem we collectively face.

A wide range of exhibitors will also be showcasing their diverse waste management products and services. The exhibition space is open to the public.
