Transport Minister, Dr Blade Nzimande has announced a 41% decrease in this year’s Easter death toll. The Road Traffic Management Corporation adds that, as of Monday, a total of 1 041 arrests were made across South Africa this Easter long weekend, mainly for drunk driving.
