Dunkeld traffic flow was being hampered by a burst water pipe along Jan Smuts Avenue. Thousands of litres of water spurted from the pipe this morning (Saturday,  30 November). Johannesburg Water has since closed the leak. Burst pipes are a regular occurrence in the city due to its ageing infrastructure.
