Royal HaskoningDHV in been placed in 9^th in Africa by Engineering News-Record (ENR).

The international consultancy, engineering and project management service provider, with its headquarters in the Netherlands, employs 7 000 staff members in 100 offices in 35 countries.

The company is involved in some of the biggest projects on the continent. According to Royal HaskoningDHV, the recent rankings are recognition of the company’s sustainable and innovative solutions in Africa.

The multi-national company is a recognised leader in urban planning and development as well as water and transport infrastructure, sustainable energy and pit to port solutions.

The local company improved the group’s ranking in, by ranking 5^th in transmission lines and cabling and 10^th in education. The group’s global rankings improved from 50 in 2012 to 39 in 2013.

Rankings are measured by gross revenues. ENR compiles and publishes rankings of the largest construction and engineering firms annually.
