Vaal river pollution from sewerage plant now affecting livestock farming | Infrastructure news

Untreated sewerage continues to spill into the Vaal River.

This comes after two waste water treatment plants in the Matlosana local municipality, in the North West are dysfunctional.

Some of the farmers along the river believe that the extent of pollution; in the water is already beginning to cost them their live-stock.
