Water scarcity dominates 6th World Sustainability Forum | Infrastructure news

Water scarcity topped the agenda at the 6th World Sustainability Forum recently held in Cape Town. Experts in the industry said water sustainability is critical in order to meet the country’s sustainable development goals, and discussed several critical challenges affecting sustainability across South Africa. These included poverty, mining and waste management.

Those in attendance also said there is an urgent need for public-private partnerships to assist with achieving this.
