Following an extensive survey among customers, Professional Management Review Africa has announced TNT Express South Africa as the leading international courier company operating domestically and internationally.

Award recipients are identified through an extensive customer survey that scores various courier and logistics companies on 16 different criteria, including reliability and reputation, speed and service (on time delivery), minimisation of damage and theft, as well as warehousing and customs clearing facilities.

Shane de Beer, sales and marketing director at TNT Express Worldwide says TNT is extremely pleased at the result of the survey and the subsequent award.

“Our people put considerable effort into ensuring that we deliver what customers need, and an award like this, which is based on customer feedback, is a reward in itself,” he says.
