A new bus system, set to launch in 2013, will hopefully increase tourism in Johannesburg.

This was revealed by the Gauteng government.

The “hop-on hop-off bus”, which will work in conjunction with the Gautrain and the BRT System, will give people the chance to see places of interest in the Johannesburg CBD.

The bus will run a route from Constitution Hill through the CBD, to Soweto.

Barbara Gaoganediwe from the Tourism department says the bus will be affordable.
