The Transport Minister has tabled the below Bill in Parliament today, which seeks to regulate e-tolling. According to its Memorandum, the Bill is necessary to enable the collection of tolls for the GFIP, which implies that e-tolling won’t be enforced until the Bill is processed through Parliament.
