Johannesburg Water (JW), the City’s water and sanitation service provider would like to inform residents living in Helderkruin, Constantia, Horison and surrounding areas about water shortages.

Please note we are having water supply challenges in the above areas due to an interruption of water pumping into our reservoirs cause by electrical problems experienced by Rand Water. The technical team managed to resolve the electrical problem and water is now feeding into our reservoirs and water towers.

A large number of the affected residents have their water restored. We are currently working on the above water towers to recover the rest of the affected residents.
