As soon as our devices are shipped, all relevant documentation is available – including spare parts information. Due to our comprehensive equipment database, you can access this information 24 hours a day via our online W@M Device Viewer or our Operations app for mobile devices.

Serial Number Data Matrix Code

The serial number is printed on the device nameplate as shown in the example above. Simply enter the number into the W@M Device Viewer to gain access to a wealth of information such as date of production, spare parts information, product status and technical information.
