A leading, international consultancy, engineering and project management service provider is helping learners around the country with maths, science and engineering.

The 2014 Royal HaskoningDHV grade 11 and 12 Saturday school classes in Gauteng, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape will begin next month.

The company has been conducting maths, science and engineering graphics and design Saturday classes, consistent with the Department of Education’s syllabi, for learners from government schools since 2007.

“This initiative has helped a number of learners to realise their dreams and aspirations. This is in line with our philosophy of pursuing solutions-driven partnerships with our key stakeholders. We are aware of our responsibility to the communities where we operate. This affirms our guiding principle of enhancing society together,” says company CEO Nyami Mandindi.

Since the initiative’s inception, more than 1 000 learners have benefited from it. Tutors at the school are drawn from Royal HaskoningDHV’s staff members.
