Increased toll tariffs on the N4 | Infrastructure news

Tariff on the N4 Toll Route between Tshwane, Gauteng and the Lebombo Border Post, Mpumalanga are to increase by 5,8%.

The toll adjustments are applicable to all toll plazas on the N4 East, managed by Trans African Concessions (TRAC), and will apply to all the gazetted vehicle classes. Concessions for frequent users are still applicable. Road users who frequently use TRAC’s toll plazas can enquire about concessions and discounts offered on the N4 Toll Route with the relevant toll plazas or TRAC’s helpdesk on 0800 87 22 64 or at helpdesk@tracn4.co.za.

The toll tariffs are adjusted to allow for the annual consumer price index and according to TRAC it means that the tariffs remain the same in real terms. TRAC would also like to assure transport operators of its continued efforts to maintain the N4 in an excellent condition. Major construction works will again be done on or adjacent to some sections of the N4. The aim is to make the travelling experience of motorists safer and even better.
