Questions are being raised over the expenditure of the water-tankering system, at the embattled Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality in the North West. It’s alleged, the dissolved council has spent over R40 million annually, to deliver water through tanks.  The DA maintains there has been a deliberate sabotage of the water reticulation infrastructure, to prolong the use of the tanks.
