During the dialogue in Pretoria an international guest Dr Ruth Mathews, executive director and a policy specialist from the Water Footprint Network, Netherlands, delivered a keynote address. The WRC has been at the forefront in promoting the application of water management tools in South Africa, by facilitating the adoption of these tools by different sectors.
