After almost 14 years of planning and legal battles, the highly contested construction of the N2 toll road on the Wild Coast region of the Eastern Cape is set to finally get underway in November this year.
Central to the project is a new toll road and a 400 kilometre upgrade of roads across the rural towns of Port St Johns and Lusikisiki.
