Speaking at Cofimvaba in the Eastern Cape, where he launched the multi million rand Ncora Water Treatment Works, President Jacob Zuma has warned South Africans against taking the country backwards by constantly destroying property and infrastructure meant for the betterment of people’s lives.

The new Ncora Water Treatment Works is set to bring much needed water supply to roughly 200 rural communities.
