Water shortages are crippling operations in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. The city’s residents have now been told to restrict showers to two minutes and flush toilets only when absolutely necessary. This comes as water levels at the Theewaterskloof Dam, which is the city’s main source of water, dries up.
