Gauteng Premier David Makhura addressed delegates at the Gauteng Infrastructure Investment Conference in Midrand last week.

Although policy uncertainty was one the biggest concerns raised, Makhura said the uncertain environment will pass, leaving the country in a better place. He added that dealing decisively with concerns of corruption and state capture and ensuring that money goes where it is supposed to will lift confidence.
