Volvo trucks retains top spot for sales, service and parts | Infrastructure news

Volvo Trucks South Africa has managed to retain it’s to spot in sales, service and parts according to the last quarter of the independent Scott Byers Customer Satisfaction report.

The fourth Quarter of the 2017 Scott Byers report sees Volvo Trucks maintain its rankings in numerous areas.  In addition the manufacturer has reached the highest recorded score ever for the parts and service segments.

“This really is a combined effort by all relevant departments and our services network. We have worked hard in getting our service capacity and parts supply to this level, but we are not complacent and will continue to strive to deliver the best services to maximise our customer’s uptime and profitability”, says Aftermarket Director, Theunis Eloff.

The manufacturer says the results of the Scott Byers report is a clear depiction of its unwavering commitment to consumer centricity in all areas of its business and offerings.

“We are very proud of maintaining the top spot in the industry but also very humble, we know that maintaining the number one spot will be much more difficult than getting there. We are ready to put in the hard work to make this a reality”, concludes Volvo Group Southern Africa President Torbjorn Christensson.
