Polyflo Piping has officially joined the Southern African Plastic Pipe Manufacturer’s Association (SAPPMA) as a new member.

The Pinetown based company, whose primary area of business is the extrusion of HDPE pipes which they supply primarily to the civil and irrigation markets, says joining the association was essential to strengthen the growth of the company.

An assurance of quality

“It was important for us to join SAPPMA in light of the fact that our customers were demanding it of us,” notes Charles Samuel, a Director at Polyflo Piping.

“They recognise the SAPPMA brand is an assurance of quality and standards and it gives them peace of mind.  Being able to display the Association’s logo on our products will also be a major benefit to our company and will allow us to tender for projects where SAPPMA membership is included in the specifications,” he adds.

Welcoming the new members, SAPPMA Chief Executive Officer, Jan Venter says it is the association’s mission to create absolute customer confidence in the Plastics Pipe Industry, thereby ensuring long term sustainability and dynamic growth for our industry.
