The inquiry into the M1 Grayston Bridge collapse has heard that there’s no evidence that occupational health and safety standards had been adhered to on site. This emerged during the testimony of the onsite health and safety officer, Roxana Roux. The inquiry is probing the causes of the 2015 collapse of the temporary bridge built by construction giant, Murray, and Roberts.
