Transnet SOC Ltd (“Transnet”) wishes to announce that, by mutual agreement, the employment of the Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) Chief Executive, Mr Pepi Silinga, was terminated effective 16 July 2025.
Transnet will soon begin the search for a successor to ensure a seamless transition and consistent implementation of TNPA’s strategic projects.
Our focus remains on executing our corporate strategy and delivering value to customers, employees and the entire freight logistics chain.Advocate Phyllis Difeto will continue to act in the role until it is permanently filled.
