The SAFCEC annual conference held at the Wild coast Sun in KZN this week on 13-14 October 2013 was a resounding success.
The conference was opened by the minister of public works the honourable Thembelani Thulas Nxesi and Webster Mfebe, CEO of the South African Federation of Civil Engineering contractors made for a charismatic MC.Webster Mfebe, who was appointed CEO of SAFCEC on 1 January 2013, is well qualified to take the organisation to a new level.
