Eskom to keep the lights on the beginning of winter

Eskom says its determined to keep the lights on as the first cold snap of winter sets in. Eskom says intensive maintenance done earlier in the year will reduce the level of maintenance on its power plants this winter compared to last year. Also the company announced the Medupi station will go to operation early next year. Andrew Etzinger senior general manager for Eskom has more.
