Speaking in Pretoria recently,Jeff Radebe Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, said overall growth remained low, and that it was not enough to absorb the high level of new and existing skills into the labour market.

Radebe said the newly formed Newly formed NDP would undertake detailed planning in selected sectors such as water and energy to facilitate more effective implementation of the National Development Plan.
