Councillors and traditional leaders are to be taught how to deal with housing challenges.
A programme launched by the Eastern Cape department of Human Settlements in Port Elizabeth will be run in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan University.
It aims to create a better understanding of the department’s policies and processes in the delivery of houses.
