The fourth annual African Construction and Totally Concrete Expo takes place 9 – 11 May 2016, at the Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand, Johannesburg.

Conference attendees will have access to eight unique expo experiences which include, African Construction Conference; Totally Concrete Conference; Housing for Africa Conference and the Women in Construction Awards. The Gauteng Construction Conference and Trade Expo; Construction IT Summit and Expo; and the Civilution event are all new exciting additions for 2016.

Captains of Construction forum

In addition, the second annual – by invite only – Captains of Construction forum, will also offer great insight into critical issues hindering infrastructural development in Africa.

The dialogue at the Captains of Construction forum is set to highlight the opportunities that exist for further development through the collaboration of public and private stakeholders. With the change in venue to the Gallagher Convention Centre, attendees will have the opportunity to navigate the new one-level expo floor with ease.

Outdoor Expo

It has also brought on African Construction and Totally Concrete Expo’s inaugural Outdoor Expo. The new outdoor expo offers exciting opportunities for attendees to not only see, but experience the latest equipment and machinery.

A distinct African narrative

The event organisers are particularly excited about this year’s gathering as it will have a distinctly African narrative – telling the great story of African construction.
