Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change meet in Durban

The Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change says time is of the essence and countries need to step efforts to tackle global warming. The goal is to find ways of limiting global warming to 1-point-5 degrees Celsius. The panel is meeting in Durban to draft a report which will be presented at the next UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in 2023
