“Design for change – Supply Chain Solutions for a Dynamic World”, is the theme of the 35th annual SAPICS Conference taking placefrom2to4 June 2013 at Sun City.
With the need for constant evolution in supply chain around the world, the SAPICS (Association for Operations Management of Southern Africa) conference will again provide a valuable insight into ways of evolving with the times. Three international supply chain visionaries have been announced as the first guest speakers addressing the conference. They are: Kate Vitasek, Dr John Gattorna and Paul Midler.Vitasek is recognised on a global scale as an innovator in the practice of supply chain management, with Gattorna viewed as being at the forefront of supply chain thought leadership. Midler works with suppliers in China, and his book ‘Poorly made in China’ was named by the Economist as one of the best business books of the year.
