Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) has pledged its support for the government’s implementation of the National Development Plan (NDP).
Phumla Williams, acting government communication and information system (GCIS) CEO, says, “A high degree of collaboration between business and government is needed for the NDP’s success. The pledge by BUSA is a step in the right direction to realising Vision 2030.” “This is the country’s blueprint, and not only government’s initiative. All citizens should embrace Vision 2030 and work together to grow our economy and improve the lives of South Africans.” BUSA said it will help the incoming administration to implement the NDP.The NDP, which was embraced by Parliament and endorsed by Cabinet, is the country’s 30-year growth and development framework to bolster the economy and address unemployment, poverty and inequality.
