Traffic fines in the Western Cape have increased by up to three hundred percent. This came into after the Provincial Minister of Transport and Public Works in the Western Cape approved the new laws for licence holders so that motorists who drive recklessly will see themselves paying a heavy fine for their actions and therefore reducing the number of accidents on the road.
