The Congress of South African Trade Unions has promised to take the fight against e-tolls to Parliament, after the North Gauteng High Court today (16 Dec 2012) dismissed an application for the system to be set aside. The court also ordered the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance to pay the massive legal costs racked up by government in its e-tolls fight. But Cosatu says it will not be deterred by the decision, and is urging all Gauteng motorists not to buy e-tags.
