Yet, the promise of technology for water is just one dimension. Utilities are complex environments governed by multi-decade timelines, extensive investments, and long-term policy choices. While the country faces a growing water crisis, this is not enough to change direction—especially for frontline professionals tasked with creating change and modernisation.
