The Municipality is calling all who are passionate about living healthy, saving the environment and greener living to attend the fourth annual Sustainable Living Exhibition taking place from the 6th to the 8th of September 2013 at the Durban Exhibition Centre. This is the final invitation (closing on the 30 June 2013) for registrations as exhibiting space is limited.

Building a more Sustainable City (the Municipality’s slogan) is a collective responsibility of all citizens. The Exhibition is therefore open to all sectors of society, namely business, non-profit organisations, government, state owned enterprises, schools and individuals to showcase their initiatives.

This exhibition will be an ideal platform for green businesses to display their sustainable efforts and a great way of involvement and learning about greener living Exhibitors can sell, network and showcase their products.

Key focus areas include:

• Energy efficiency and Renewal energy

• Waste minimisation and recycling

• Water harvesting and conservation

• Food gardening

• Climate change adaption and mitigation

• Biodiversity protection

• Green home improvement

• Creative arts
