The Water Institute of Southern Africa (WISA) seeks a performance-driven CEO to provide outstanding leadership that will advance accountability, transparency and compliance with WISA policy and legislation as well as implementation of the WISA Strategic Plan. Specific focus areas encompass planning and reporting, risk management, internal audit, sustainability management and business intelligence. The position calls for a dynamic leader, supportive of business development, partnership management, marketing and communication, to collaborate closely with Board, Council and Patron members. As such, the role involves working with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, national and international partnerships, and the development of MOUs. We require a confident leader who is not only able to delegate, but can also consult within and across teams and can actively interact with experts in the water sector.
