Single Electronic Window information sharing session | Infrastructure news

The Single Electronic Window (SeW) has been in use at Alfandegas in Mozambique since 1 September 2012 and from 1 April this year the Transit and Warehousing Declarations has also been processed through the SeW system.

MCNet (the implementing agency) andthe Maputo Corridor Logistics Initiative will be hosting an information sharing session for stakeholders on Thursday 9 May 2013 where the issues around the bonded warehouse guarantees and transit regime and new customs procedures will be discussed.

The agenda will be as follows:

•             Transit regime and new customs procedures;

•             Bonded warehouse guarantees;

•             Questions & answers

The Information Sharing Session will be held in Komatipoort at the Border Country Inn (Next to the BP Garage just before the Lebombo Border Post) and registration will begin at 08:30.
