Aon South Africa has been a longstanding supporter of the CESA Aon Engineering Excellence Awards, which are set to take place in less than seven days.
“CESA’s strive for excellence echoes our unwavering support of professionals, particularly independent consulting engineers, in South Africa,” says Meggyn Marot, Principal Broker for Professional Risks at Aon South Africa. “The awards provide a platform from where we can celebrate the triumphs of the industry in addition to providing the means for the industry to successfully navigate the risks that professionals face in their daily activities,” adds Marot. Aon South Africa, title sponsors of the awards, welcomed Terence Williams as its CEO earlier this year. With a keen understanding of the critical role of Consulting Engineers in South Africa’s economic and social development, Williams views it as Aon’s responsibility to facilitate a secure and risk-managed environment in which Consulting Engineers can keep their focus on delivering the country’s much needed infrastructure.
Williams will be in attendance at this year’s awards, which will take place on 12 August 2015 at Vodaworld in Midrand, to honour the outstanding line up of nominees and winners in each of the categories.
