Renewable energy possible answer to SA’s energy supply needs

President Cyril Ramaphosa has indicated that renewable energy can be the answer to the country’s energy supply needs. In his State of the Nation last week, he admitted that load shedding is the inevitable consequence of Eskom’s inability to service its power plants over many years.
